About Senza
A modern solution to a real problem
Senza was created after we realised how little understanding and how few genuinely supportive solutions existed for women dealing with pelvic floor weakness, bladder leaks or a loss of control.
Too many products on the market feel overly clinical, uncomfortable or discouraging, as though this is something women should feel embarrassed about. We knew there had to be a better way: a solution designed to respect women and support their confidence, rather than make them feel like something is wrong with them.
Our story
It started when someone close to our family experienced bladder leaks and a weakened pelvic floor after pregnancy. She tried exercises, apps and different devices, but none of them gave her the confidence she was looking for. Many felt uncomfortable, impractical or frustrating to use.

That experience changed everything. We realised that millions of women face the same frustration, yet there was still a lack of modern, effective and comfortable solutions. So we decided to create one ourselves.
